How long do staff take to deliver to a guest room?

Our room service robots can take food, beverage or amenities directly to the room. Freeing up staff time.

Secure delivery

Deliveries are put into the robot and the doors close. Protecting the food from contamination, laundry from being on show, discretion complete. Pin code access is the only way to open the door.

Navigation

The robots are mapped to understand the environment. All rooms and serving areas are marked on the robots plan. Deliveries are competed with integrations into lifts and any powered doors.

Pricing and other questions

How does the guest know the robot is at the door?

The robot can ring the room phone, ping a message on the TV or activate a doorbell.

What can they carry?

Anything you want, laundry, toiletries, room service food.

How do they use the lift?

We interface the robot with the lift company. The robot knows which floor it needs to go to by the room number. The robot talks to the lift to indicate the required floor.
