Hospitable Automation can integrate the W3 with existing lift installations. Depending on the manufacturer. The robot can call the lift automatically, enter on it's own and get out on the correct floor.
Multi room delivery
Multiple orders on at once for room service. No problem the W3 can make 4 room deliveries per trip. All in their own secure cabin.
Autonomous Navigation & Obstacle Avoidance:
Uses 270° LiDAR, AI-based SLAM, and dual stereo vision sensors to navigate complex indoor environments and avoid obstacles safely.

Software Updates
New software is released regularly, with added features. We always test the updates before we deploy them to client’s robots. These updates will only be run at appropriate times.

Your robot questions, answered
How does the guest now the robot has arrived
The robot can inform the guest in a manner of ways including; ringing a door bell, calling the room phone, displaying a message on teh smart TV
What can it carry?
Anything that will fit in the robot. Room service food and drink, laundry, complimentary hygiene packs, snacks.
How is it secure?
The robot is locked with a passcode by staff, the robot will then only open the correct compartment when the code is entered.
Can it display any language?
Not any but it has multi-lingual support for 4 languages.
Can I tailor the compartments?
Yes you can, you can move the compartment walls.
