Favourite recipes produced in fractions of the time. Without losing the essence of the dish.

Imagine real school dinners, without the additives

BOTINKIT allows in-house staff to mass-produce fresh, hot meals on site.
With no additives and a consistent product made from known ingredients. Saving hours of staff time and delivering nutritious food.

Same dish, ten different results across your sites?

BOTINKIT keeps the recipe identical outlet to outlet, so margin and taste stop depending on who's in the kitchen.

New staff shouldn't mean a drop in quality

Protect your team from burnout, and your service from any gaps in trained staff. BOTINKIT helps any team member deliver the same standard from day one.

FAQ

Pricing and other questions

Will the robot work with my existing kitchen setup, or do I need to renovate?

BOTINKIT requires extraction, 3 phase power, water in and waste out. That is all.
So fitting into existing kitchens should be seamless.

How do staff know what they are cooking?

The staff select the dish they are cooking from the pre-set recipes stored in the machine. They select the dish, the size of batch. The machine shows them the required prep work, then press go. The drum heats up, self seasons with oil. The robot then prompts the staff what to add in and when. If any stirring is needed this is prompted.

What can be auto added during the cooking process?

A multitude of different ingredients. The two core ones are water and oil.
With wet ingredients, you can have the likes of wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, slurry (cornflour and water), sesame oil, chilli oil, milk, clarified butter, tomato puree.
For dry ingredients - salt pepper, MSG, stock powder, chilli powder, herbs, spices, sugar, flour.

What cuisines can you cook in the BOTINKIT?

The BOTINKIT was designed for the Asian food market, fried rice, curries, pad thai, Singapore noodles. But that is just from the Far East. In the UK demo kitchen we have made Lemon Sylabub, scrambled eggs, toasted nuts, chicken chasseur, risotto, fajitas stew bolognese, caramelised peaches, so much more.

How do I know the BOTINKIT is suitable for my menu?

Let us prove it to you, provide us with a recipe ahead of time and methodology if not obvious. Then we will cook that dish for you in the BOTINKIT during the demo at our prep kitchen.
