This fact-finding stage identifies the best robot solution, outlines pricing with support packages and details the next steps. We want to make sure a robot is right for you. Free On-site demo

We bring the robots directly to your site, allowing you to see them in action and assess together whether the robot or robots are the right fit for your business needs in terms of suitability - confirm the robot works in your real environment, layout and workflows. For some businesses a trial may be required along the basis of “try before you buy.” Trials can help ascertain the following:

  • Staff confidence: allow your team to interact with the robot and see how easily it integrates.

Contract

Once you’re happy to proceed, we finalise the contract and confirm all details. With everything agreed and approved, it’s all systems go to schedule installation, mapping and training.

Install & mapping

Your robots are arriving - ready to start working in your business. Fully mapped to your routes and layout, with marketing content uploaded and configured as needed. Let the robot journey commence…

Training

While we are installing and mapping, we will brief you and your team on how to use and control the robots (yes, we are still in charge!). Hands-on training ensures your team is confident operating the robots safely and effectively.

Ongoing support

Don’t worry — we’re always here to help. Your lease package includes ongoing support, so you can contact us anytime for assistance with your robots. We’re committed to keeping your robots running smoothly and your team confident. We want your robots to be a success for your business. All robot support is carried out by Eat IT Drink IT – our robot support partner.
