The T10 has sensors to aid its interaction with your guests. Tell the robot which table and it will guide your guests to their seats. Set music as the T10 is on the journey.

Table Delivery

The T10 carries dishes to your guests, with plate detection it recognises if a guest takes the food from the wrong tray. With voice prompts and visual feedback service is seamless.

Advertise

Either supplier branding and sponsorship is possible through the 23.8” screen. Or promote your events, social media or loyalty schemes. Display QR codes, or even photos of your guests.

Dirty plate collection

Set your T10 off on a pre planned route asking if guests have dirty dishes they would like cleared. The T10 follows the route and ends up at the dish wash point to be unloaded. Ideal for breakfast service.

FAQ

Your robot questions, answered

Can the T10 Dinerbot go into the kitchen?

Yes, if you have automatic doors the T10 can interact with the door sensors to open and get closer to the kitchen.

What happens if a guest takes the wrong food?

The T10 Dinerbot gets upset, the face cries, the shelves flash and the robot will talk to the guest. The screen displays the issue and asks them to put the food back.

Can it do room service?

Yes, but we would suggest a different robot called the W3 (add link). The T10 Dinerbot has open trays, so food could become contaminated. The W3 has closed sections and password protected opening.

What is the singing and dancing?

The T10 Dinerbot can be sent to the table to celebrate a special occasion. For birthdays the robot will arrive at the table, play music, display a message and ‘dance’ for the guest’s amusement.

How much space does it need between tables?

The bot will navigate a passage of 59cm, but with guests moving chairs and hot dishes, we generally say around 1 meter.
