Your robot questions, answered
What are considered consumables?
The dust collection bag, side brushes, HEPA filter, roller brushes, roller brush scraper and mopping cloths all need replacing at different times.
Can the C30 mop up liquids?
No, the C30 is a dry only unit. Hospitable Automation has other robots that can, call us to ask.
How does it auto charge?
The C30 has a charging pile that is plugged into regular mains electricity. The robot knows the charging location and will dock to the unit when battery levels are low, or it is sent charge.
How is it used manually?
There is an option on the main screen to enter manual mode. You raise an integrated handle to push the robot. You can set the sweep speed and vacuum strength.
What if there are doors in the way?
During installation we look at all routes that the robot needs to take. We advise if a door needs opening to allow the robot access. Alternatively, the C30 can ‘talk to’ automatic doors and open them as part of the task.
